Service Status Page

CityCity provides a public status page where you can check the real-time health and availability of our platform. Use this page to quickly confirm whether an issue you're experiencing is a known, ongoing incident on our side.

Status page: https://citycity-monitoring.fly.dev/status

What's Monitored

The status page tracks the health of core CityCity services, including:

  • Platform availability — overall uptime of the booking platform and admin tools
  • Server resources — disk space, memory, and load on the servers powering the platform

Understanding the Status Indicators

Indicator Meaning
🟢 Up / Operational The service is healthy and running normally
🟡 Degraded / Warning The service is available but under elevated load or resource pressure — no action needed, but we're aware and monitoring closely
🔴 Down The service is currently experiencing an outage or critical issue

What to Do If You See an Issue

  1. Check the status page first to confirm whether the issue is already known.
  2. If a service is shown as degraded or down, our team has already been alerted and is working on it — no need to submit a support ticket for the same issue.
  3. If everything shows as operational but you're still experiencing problems, please contact your travel agency administrator or CityCity support so we can investigate further.
